Dr. Commini founded Summit International. He serves as Summit's Executive Director and also serves as team lead for the Academic Services division. He holds a Ph.D. in Education with a specialty in Instructional Design for Online Learning, a Master of Science in Education Media Design & Technology, and a BA in Biblical Studies. Dr. Commini's interests are in instructional design for online learning systems, establishing distance education and distance training programs for those in areas of the world where such programs do not exist, and helping to establish churches, schools, and clinics in third world countries. An internationally recognized conference speaker in the area of competency-based development, Dr. Commini is a published author and an instructor on Udemy.com. Ms. Shows holds a BS in Business Management, a BS in Psychology, and a MSc. in Human Services with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Counseling. Her interests are in child development, child mental health, art and play therapies, Sign Language, and Deaf outreach.
