College president, Dr. Michael Commini and legal counsel, Miliciades Guerrero Reyes, signed the operating agreement documentation required by the Dominican Republic for the creation of The Caribbean-American College of Business, Technology and English today beachside in the town of Uvero Alto. Located in the province of La Altagracia, this tranquil location is the perfect place from which to launch the college.

The college's mission is to empower the peoples of the Dominican Republic through competency development in business leadership, business management, change management, English as a second language, and in technical areas such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and biomedical maintenance. Staff at the college are also in discussions with cutting edge training delivery firms whose focus it is to provide skills development in innovative technologies such as blockchain development, video production, educational technology, communication and digital solutions.

Senior staff members are also in discussions with several universities, locally and in the US, to establish working relationships that will enhance students' academic journeys and provide additional opportunities for competency-based skills development across international boundaries.
